Robin A. ClarkMs. Clark is a Financial Liaison Advisor for NAVFAC-NW (Naval Facilities Engineering Command – Northwest). NAVFAC NW provides planning, design, contracting and construction (including the acquisition and disposal of real estate) services as well as specialized programs such as energy, environment and base closure. An active member of NCMA, Deborah currently is the Vice-President of the West Sound Chapter. Ms. Clark became a Financial Liaison Advisor in October, 2000, continuing her varied 21+ year career with DCAA. She was stationed at the Boeing Resident Office from joining DCAA in September 1985 until becoming a Financial Liaison Advisor. Ms. Clark worked as a Supervisory Auditor, Technical Specialist for various technical areas while stationed at the Boeing Resident Office as well as volunteering for several TDY assignments out of the Seattle Branch Office. Ms. Clark also rotated to the Western Regional Operational Audit Team in the 1980’s. Ms. Clark holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree of Professional Accountancy from the University of Washington (1985), as well as other non-accounting related degrees. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Washington. Ms. Clark was appointed to the Washington State Board of Accountancy by Governor Gary Locke in 2001 and was recently the Chair of the Board. Ms. Clark and her husband, Pat, reside in Poulsbo, WA with 3 of their 4 children. |
