Andrea Melius

Andrea Melius is an acquisition program manager, overseeing procurement policies and the small business program at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in Richland, Washington, operated by Battelle Memorial Institute for the Department of Energy. Her current duties primarily involve managing contract compliance as it applies to subcontracts-policies, procedures, training. She also represents PNNL at small business events throughout the country. She has performed a variety of contracting duties during her 26-year career at Battelle. Previously, she was a buyer at Washington State University. Ms. Melius joined NCMA in 1983 and is a member of the Columbia Basin Chapter. She has held several chapter-level offices and committee chairs, including administrative vice president, educational vice president, chapter president, and national director.
