Banner image with the waterfront of Silverdale, Washington in the background. A long pier juts-out into clear blue water and many pleasure boats are moored at the finger piers. To the right in the foreground are the words "West Sound Chapter 126." In the left foreground is the new (2009) NCMA logo which consists of a gray lattice outline of the globe in the background with the letters "NCMA" across the foreground, below which is a thin line and the words "National Contract Management Association."
